Call for Cases
 
The 2018 ESVCP-ECVCP meeting will be in Athens Greece, Wednesday 17th to Saturday 20th October 2018. The case session is on Saturday morning October 20, 2018. Please select and organize an interesting case to present. It need not be the first example ever, but simply has a lesson for all of us to learn from the case.
 
Two Word (or RTF) files are needed: One describing the case with enough information to make a diagnosis but without giving away the diagnosis; and the second with the description of the case with your interpretation, discussion, and references. Look at previous cases on the ESVCP website or previous ASVCP case presentation files to identify a good format. Send the files to Harold Tvedten (This email address is being protected from spambots. Case submission (like abstract submission) starts on February 2018. Case submission deadline is 15 June 2018. Notification οf acceptance will be 30 July 2018. Send Harold an e-mail with a brief description of your proposed case if you may need to exceed the deadline or to see if your case would likely be accepted.
 
The case session is always a fun discussion and Athens is interesting place to visit. It’s a great place for the first talk of a resident/PhD student at a major meeting but also a good chance for “more experienced” clinical pathologists to interact with colleagues. All interesting cases and speakers are welcome. ​
